Our in-store TechXperts will test your device to diagnose faulty issues. Our TechXperts will check the device and try to identity the problem. This is a chargeable fee and required upfront.

Once the problem has been diagnosed, you can have the device booked in for a repair (if required). The diagnostic fee (quotation fee) will be deducted from the charge of the actual repair. This means that you will not have a double payment.

You also have an option to upgrade to a new device with better performance.
