What is Click and Pick-up?

Click and pick-up allows you to select a collection point in your area.  The items you ordered will be sipped from a different location and may take up to 5 working days to reach its final destination. 

 

How does Click & pick-up work?

  • During checkout, choose Collect and select your collection point from the "Find collections points close to me" block.
  • Once you’ve confirmed your order, we’ll send you a “Ready for collection” email. (This is a separate email from your order confirmation.)
  • Bring your ID and pin to the collection point and pick up your items.
  • You smile broadly as you walk out with your brand new items.

 

Why should I choose Click and Pick-up?

  • You will have access to a much wider range of products.  Even if the item is not available in your favorite store, we can still get it to your closest collection point for you to collect.
  • It gives you the freedom to buy online and collect when and how it suits you.
  • You choose when to collect your items in one of our stores. No need to wait for a delivery.
  • The item is not in your closest store? Find a scollection point closest to you and we will get the item to you.
  • Click and pick-up allows you to inspect the goods before you leave the store.

 

How much does Click & pick-up cost?

A minimal delivery rate will be charged to get the item to your closest collection point.  Please refer to our terms and conditions on incredible.co.za.

 

How do I know when my parcel is ready to collect?

We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is ready to collect. This contains instructions and your order number, which you will need to pick up your parcel.

 

How do I collect my parcel?

Take your confirmation email or order number as well as any form of identification to your selected store and a member of staff at the till will retrieve your parcel. If you are using our Click and pick-up solution, please remember to bring your pin. No couriers, Ubers and similar methods of collection will be allowed, except with written consent from our head office.  You can contact us on 0860 011 700

 

Can I change the store or collection point I’m collecting from after I’ve purchased something?

No, unfortunately no changes can be made to the delivery method once the order has been placed.
